Taman Bayan Contest

TAMAN BAYAN 8.8 COUNT & WIN CONTEST
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Taman Bayan 8.8 Count & Win Contest (“Contest”) will run during the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on 8 August 2020 (“Contest Period”).

  2. There is one (1) RM300 cash prize available to win during the Contest Period.

  3. Contest entries will ONLY be accepted via the comments section on Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream on Facebook Live.

  4. Sungguh Kemajuan will congratulate the Contest winner via live announcement during the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event.

  5. The Contest winner is required to contact Sungguh Kemajuan through private message via Social Media within seven (7) days to acknowledge their selection as winner and to provide their details in order to redeem their prize.

  6. Should the winner fail to contact Sungguh Kemajuan or provide their details within seven (7) days, Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  7. Participants who enter the Contest will be bound by the Sungguh Kemajuan Contest Standard Terms & Conditions.

  8. Contest Mechanics:
    Taman Bayan 8.8 Count & Win Contest will be executed as such:

    8.1 During the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on Facebook Live, a ‘SK Gold Ball’ will periodically appear on screen for a predetermined number of times.

    8.2 Contestants are expected to watch the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on Facebook Live, and count the number of times the ‘SK Gold Ball’ appears on-stream during the Contest Period.

  9. Winner Selection Criteria:
    9.1 The Contest Winner is the first contestant to accurately provide the correct number of times the ‘SK Gold Ball’ appeared on-screen  during the Contest Period in the comments section of the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on Facebook Live.

    9.2 Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to select the winner based on the speed at which the correct answer was provided in the comments section of the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on Facebook Live.

    9.2.1 Should the situation arise that all contestants fail to provide the correct answer during the livestream, Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to select the quickest entry closest to the correct answer provided during the livestream.

    9.3 The Emcee for the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event will announce the exact points of time at which the Contest Period is deemed to have started and ended.

  10. Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to alter, cancel, or discontinue any promotion, contest or giveaway or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, without any prior notice.
