1. Taman Bayan 8.8 Live Quiz Contest (“Contest”) will run during the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on 8 August 2020 (“Contest Period”).

2. There are four (4) prizes available to win during the Contest Period
2.1 Each contestant can only win one (1) prize from the Contest

3. Contest entries will ONLY be accepted via the comments section on Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream on Facebook Live.

4. Sungguh Kemajuan will congratulate the Contest winner(s) via live announcement during the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event.

5. The Contest winner is required to contact Sungguh Kemajuan through private message via Social Media within seven (7) days to acknowledge their selection as winner and to provide their details in order to redeem their prize.

6. Should the winner fail to contact Sungguh Kemajuan or provide their details within seven (7) days, Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Participants who enter the Contest will be bound by the Sungguh Kemajuan Contest Standard Terms & Conditions.

8. Contest Mechanics:
To be eligible to enter the Contest, the contestants must Like and Follow Sungguh Kemajuan’s page and fulfills the following criteria:

8.1 RSVP to the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Event on Facebook.

8.2 Contestants are expected to watch the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on Facebook Live, and answer the questions by commenting the correct answers in the comments section.

8.3. Contestants may enter as many times as they wish but only one prize will be awarded per contestant.

9. Winner Selection Criteria:
9.1 A total of 4 lucky winners will stand a chance to win RM100 cash prize.

9.2  Winners will be selected at random and based on the most accurate answers given.

9.3 Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to select the winners based on the speed at which the correct answers was provided in the comments section of the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event on Facebook Live.

9.3.1 Should the situation arise that all contestants fail to provide the correct answer during the livestream, Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to select the quickest entry closest to the correct answer provided during the ivestream.

10. Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to alter, cancel, or discontinue any promotion, contest or giveaway or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, without any prior notice.
