TAMAN BAYAN 8.8 SHARE & WIN CONTEST
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Taman Bayan 8.8 Share & Win Contest (“Contest”) will run during the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event (“Launch”) on 8 August 2020 (“Contest Period”).
- There is one (1) RM300 cash prize available to win during the Contest Period.
- Contest entries will be accepted via Facebook (“Social Media”) respectively.
- Sungguh Kemajuan will congratulate the Contest winner via live announcement during the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream Event.
- The Contest winner is required to contact Sungguh Kemajuan through private message via Social Media within seven (7) days to acknowledge their selection as winner and to provide their details in order to redeem their prize.
- Should the winner fail to contact Sungguh Kemajuan or provide their details within seven (7) days, Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Participants who enter the Contest will be bound by the Sungguh Kemajuan Contest Standard Terms & Conditions.
- Contest Mechanics:
To qualify, contestants must share a post of the Taman Bayan 8.8 Launch Livestream on their personal Facebook profile page that fulfils the following criteria:

8.2 Hashtag #sungguhkemajuan #tamanbayan88launch
8.3 Contestants must be mindful to set the post privacy settings for their entry to Public. Contestants acknowledge that the responsibility to adjust the post privacy settings for their entry to Public lies solely on themselves, and failure to do so disqualifies their entry from the contest.
- Winner Selection Criteria:
9.1 The sole discretion of choosing the Contest winner lies with Sungguh Kemajuan and no enquiries will be entertained regarding the winning criterion.
- Sungguh Kemajuan reserves the right to alter, cancel, or discontinue any promotion, contest or giveaway or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, without any prior notice.
